Slimline For 2010 - New Year, New You?

So here we are already with 2010 fast approaching. As we reach another year we tend to look back on the things we've done and more importantly the things we haven't done and the things we really want to do. It's time to make those New Year resolutions and for many of us this will involve losing weight or toning up and getting fit. Now is the time we want to start to look ahead and make those decisions about how to change us.
