Increase Eternal Health

If you were to ask any health professional what you should do to improve your health, they will probably inform you to eat 5 small meals per day and exercise regularly. In fact they may even say walk everyday, and get out and do incidental activity as much as you can such as gardening, and housework. We tend to say this because it's been the mainstream information for health and the simplest form to encourage people to get moving and improve their health.
