Inspired by a gym conversation - the point was made that really all exercise, nutrition and health and fitness endeavours succeed or fail in one's head! I strongly agree since nothing happens without first a thought - whether it be positive or negative! Positive mental attitude is the precursor for health and fitness success and success in any endeavour in life. As a personal trainer I still see too many people who fail to achieve their health and fitness goals (they would be the gym members that don't use my personal training service and who hold negative attitudes towards their health and fitness or life in general).
