Improve Your Mood in Morning Naturally

This is just what everybody should try to do. When you wake up, do not jump out of the bed before you have taken three deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Then thank yourself for having slept so well. Even if the sleep was not so good, a thank you is still good. Even if you woke up from a nightmare you can say thanks because now you are awake and know that it was only a dream.
