Summer Injuries and How to Prevent Them
It is August now, and that means school is just around the corner. It is easy to feel like summer is winding down and that autumn is fast-approaching. While this is true on some level, we are still very much in the middle of the Dog Days of Summer - the longest, hottest days of the year. So as many people start preparing themselves for raking leaves and sweater weather, it's important to keep in mind that the precautions for protecting oneself in the sun and heat still need to be taken.
