Effectiveness Of Siesta To Human Health
Siesta is an act of having afternoon rest or nap, especially taken during the hottest hours of the day in a hot climate. Siesta might help people to relax, reducing their stress levels. Siesta is very important to human heath in the sense that it could help in protection of heart-related diseases, which could lead to death. Siesta helps to relax the mind. When one sleeps, he becomes conscious of nothing, having a total relaxation of body and mind. This could help him intellectually to articulate very well in his daily activities when awake.
