The Importance of Sleep For Weight Loss and Overall Better Health
Sleep is something everyone should make more of a priority than they generally do. Adults and children alike are walking around town with less sleep than ever and to make matters worse, their schedules are much busier than in years past making it imperative to get enough rest each night to fulfill all the duties of the following day. If you tend to get sick often, feel tired quite a bit or even if you notice you are gaining weight for no reason, it may be time to invest in more sleep.
