Colourful and Healthy Drink Choices
When creating smoothies or health drinks, we need to try and incorporate some artistic flair in the preparation, to ensure the whole family is enticed to have it. This is most important when children are involved. Blend different fruits with water instead of juicing them, so that you can enjoy the fiber in your drink. Fibers as we all know are essential for an effective and efficient bowel movement. Our digestion needs the fibers.....so let's not take it out. Also blend fruits with diff colours.
