About Your Silhouette and Your Lifestyle
More and more nutritionists agree that we are what we eat and that a perfect silhouette is not about having some minimal diets, but about having a healthy lifestyle. We are genetically programmed to live up to one hundred twenty years. We usually lose a lot of years because we make some very unhealthy habits. We usually form these habits when we are kids and we go on following them when we grow up. However, we start eating more and more synthetic additives, we don't obey the rules which have to do with the daily nutritional values our body should get, we become lazier, more stressed, we walk around in polluted places and we don't eat regularly. All these, combined with eight hours of daily work, too little sleep and too much TV or too much staying in front of the computer do us a lot of harm without us realizing it every day.
