CCSVI Surgery - Baloons Vs Stents

CCSVI or Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency is the condition characterized by the insufficient supply of blood out of the central nervous system. The most often cause for such inadequate blood flow is either the presence of a blockage in the internal jugular and/or azygous veins in the neck area. A damaged flap in the venal system may also be a cause for CCSVI as there is a reverse blood flow in the veins. These two conditions prevent the proper outflow of waste rich blood from the brain resulting in the increased waste depositation in the brain leading to deterioration of the brain cells.

  1. These are many conditions in the body which may arise in verse blood flow in the veins. And it may leads to the increased waste deposition.
