Beginner Workout Routines

If you are a beginner you need to be very careful when you start training because it is so easy to pull a muscle and seriously injure yourself if you are using the incorrect techniques and posture. It is also very intimidating when you are just starting out with your beginner workout routines. If you are new to the gym then it would be advisable to hire a Personal Trainer or ask the Fitness Trainers working on the floor to assist you if you are uncertain about a specific piece of equipment or exercise.
