Ways to Keep Fit
It can be difficult to lose weight and I must admit I'm the sort of person who loves my food a little too much. I find that I would prefer to do more exercise and eat more of what I truly enjoy than go on a diet. The problem is like many people I don't enjoy the gym, I find slaving over a treadmill or weights very boring and many people who go to the guy can be very pompous and snobby which can make it an un-enjoyable time. People don't realise that they can do exercise without having to go to the gym and be bored.
