Head Injuries - Don't Take Chances

One injury which has the capacity to strike fear into the hearts of all who care, is a blow to the head. Head injuries can result in anything, from a minor cut or graze to the scalp, to major damage to the brain and even death. Of course, most of the time, things tend toward the less serious end of the scale, but we are absolutely right to take very seriously anything involving the head. So even whilst you are telling everyone, "It's OK. It's just his head, anything else and I would be worried", be sure to check very carefully that everything really is OK.
