Exercises to Get Taller
Exercises to get taller? Is there such a thing. Well yes there are and they work well if done correctly. It goes without saying however that the younger you are the better the results will be because when you are you young your body, muscles, ligaments and bones are all growing at a rapid rate. When you get into your twenties however the growing phase rapidly slows down and the gains that can be made take a lot longer and some stages are beyond the realm of just exercises alone.
