Food is one of the most relaxing aspects in our everyday lives. It is completely inevitable and is the one of the most significant components. A meal can last for a number of hours in some cultures and countries where families gather around a table and spend their time enjoying food and company. On the contrary, in the United States, average meal time does not exceed eleven minutes. Many times, lunches and breakfasts do not go beyond even a bare two minutes.
